Art Appreciation

As I've mentioned in previous entries, I'm an aestheticist. I appreciate the art that is conceived from a person's mind--from music, theater, art, and communications.

I have an appreciation for realistic figurative art, especially those that captures the female body with anatomical precision, such as Martha Mayer Erlebacher, Spartaco Lombardo, Belarmino Miranda Montoya, and Lee Price.

Recently, I came across Norwegian artist Yvonne Jeanette Karlsen who is known for her realistic figurative paintings of the female form, and an incredible talent for telling a story through her paintings.
